A Case of Primary Ovarian Pregnancy

Abstract
|
|
|
Primary ovarian pregnancy occurs within the ovary and on the corups luteum, usually with rupture of the ovary and a massive hemoperitoneum.
Primary ovarian pregnancy is comparatively rare in ectopic pregnancy and the Spiegelberg's should be fulfilled for the diagnosis of ovarian pregnancy.
Two cases of primary ovarian pregnancy which have Spiegelberg's criteria for the diagnosis of primary ovarian pregnancy are presented with a brief review of literatures.
